We have had reports of issues relating to the newsletter CPD submission forms over the last few months. This page has been reviewed and some features we believe were causing issues have been removed. Once you submit your answers you should receive an email at the address you gave at the top of the form. As this email is automatically generated it will probably go in to your junk mail first. When in doubt email [email protected] who will confirm receipt of your CPD. Keep in mind that it may take us a few days to reply if were busy.
